Betty (Deegan) Best passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2016. She was 96. Mrs. Best of Norristown was born on September 22, 1919 and was the daughter of the late Louis and Florence (Lowe) Deegan.
She is survived by her daughter Nancy Palm.
Funeral services and burial were held in Riverside Cemetery.
