Constance (Pastino) Messmer

Constance (Pastino) Messmer passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. She was 83. Mrs. Messmer of Norristown was a member of St Francis of Assisi church. Constance was born in Bridgeport on June 22, 1934 was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Florence (Logan) Pastino. She is the beloved wife of Joseph Messmer. She is survived by four sons Joseph Jr., Robert (Marybeth), Christopher (Karen), Scott (Denise) Messmer, and her daughter Carol Collins. A brother Salvatore Pastino Jr.  Seven grandchildren James, Jason, Jill, Bobbi,  Joseph, Jeremy and Jordan. Two great grandchildren Chase and Joseph.
Predeceased by a son-in-law James Collins Sr. One brother George Pastino and two sisters Eleanor Wallace and Carmella Chenger.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Monday, October 30 at 11 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Norristown.
Burial St Augustine cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 9 to 10:30 AM at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton.
In Lieu of flowers family request  memorial contributions can be made to the St Jude for children. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe Funeral Home.
