George J Wheeler

George J.  Wheeler passed away on December 14, 2017. He was 73. 
Mr. Wheeler of Jeffersonville was a retired postal carrier for over 35 years. George was a veteran of the United States Army. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan and enjoyed going to Ocean City New Jersey. He was born in Norristown on June 24, 1944 and was the son of the late James and Marguerite (Greenwalt) Wheeler.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth “Betty” (Tremont) Wheeler.  His brother Dave “Bones” (Patti) Wheeler and a number of nieces and Nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers Joseph and James Wheeler.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Monday, December 18 at 12:30 PM from the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Friend may call Monday from 11 to 12:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society of your choice.
