Mary (Gesullo) Szakal

Mary (Gesullo) Szakal passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015. She was 90. Mrs.Szakal of Norristown was a member of Holy Saviour Church, Senior Citizens,the Red Hat Society and retired from Victory Metal. Mary enjoyed music and dancing. She was born on May 26,1925 and was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Manzo) Gesullo. She was the wife of the late John Szakal and beloved mother of son, Matthew (Jackie) and daughter, Susan (Bruce).
Survived by one brother, Ralph Gesullo and two sisters, Anna Marie Falco and Della Iannelli. Eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by two sons John and Robert, a grandson, Glenn and brothers Pat, Joe, Leonard and Mike.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Wednesday, November 18 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour Church 407 E. Main St. Norristown. Burial at St.Patrick's Cemetery. Her viewing will be on Wednesday from 9 to 10 AM at the church. 
Funeral arrangements are by the Volpe funeral home.
