Saloma (Pulcini) Sonntag, 49, residing in Milan OH, passed away unexpectedly Mondayafternoon, September 26, 2016 at home.
 
Saloma was born on June 21, 1967 in Norristown, PA to John Pulcini and the late Saloma (Mounts) Pulcini.  
 
Saloma graduated from North Penn high school class of 1985 and received her bachelor's in psychology from Shippensburg University.  She lived, worked and married her love, John, in Wilmington, NC.  She subsequently moved to Philadelphia where she had many friends and her beloved apartment and her cat, Junior. She was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, and enjoyed going to games every opportunity she got. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, cooking, music and spending time with her family and friends.  Saloma was a bright light to people everywhere she went. She will be missed.
 
Saloma is survived by her father and his wife, John (Carol) Pulcini of Schwenksville, PA; sister, Laura (John) Emmerling of Zelienople, PA; brother, Camillo (Kelly) Pulcini of Reading, PA; mother-in-law, Pat Sonntag of Milan; nieces and nephews, Grace, Rosemary and Audrey Emmerling, Tara Banes, Maxwell and Luca Pulcini, and many Sonntag nieces and nephews.
 
In addition to her mother, Saloma (Mounts) in 1991, Saloma is preceded in death by her husband, John Sonntag; nephew, Ryan Pulcini and father-in-law, Frank Sonntag.
 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Saturday, October 8 at 12 Noon from the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton . Family will receive relatives and friends from 11am  to 12 Noon at the funeral home.
