My name is Joe and I work with Vic for several years in the research Department of Merck I have fond memories of a sense of humor and his dedication to his craft a sense of humor one of the best I've ever encountered I'm devastated by the news. My condolences to his family and friends he will be remembered.

Vic was a truly great guy. He was a pleasure to work with. He was dedicated to doing the best he could on the job and would do anything to help someone else out. I will miss him!

Really sad to hear about good friend and fellow SEABEE Victor. He was a very good buddy to me. I'll never forget the fun times we shared in Iceland.I will truly miss him.
