Anne F. Picard passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. She was 95. Mrs. Picard of East Norriton was a member of Saint Titus church.
She was born in Norristown on September 2, 1922 was the daughter of the late Andrew and Josephine (Baldassano) Gulotta she was the wife of the late Anthony "Mushy" Picard. Surviving are her son Joseph Picard Sr. and his wife Julie. Her daughter Andeana Picard. One brother Nino Gulotta and a sister Mary Bibbo. A grandson Joseph Picard Jr. and his wife beck and great grandchildren Gavin and Karlie.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
