Frances Rita (Porretti) Picard, 95, of Collegeville, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 27, 2017 surrounded by her loved ones.  Born in Norristown, Frances was the daughter of Lena and Serafino Porretti.  She was the loving wife of the late Ralph J. Picard.  Frances is survived by her sister, Carmella (Porretti) Shelhamer; sons: Ralph (Lisa) Picard and Richard (Debbie) Picard; grandchildren: Christian, Valerie, Dara, Dina, Noelle, Lea and Ronnie, their spouses; eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.  Frances was predeceased by her brother, Edward Porretti and sister, Mary (Porretti) DiNardo. She enjoyed going down the shore, baking, sewing and most, important to her, spending time with her family.
Services and interment will be private.  Her family appreciates all of the prayers and well wishes during this time.
