Margery Ann Richardson

Margery Ann (Watson) Richardson crossed over peacefully surrounded by her family on February 21st, 2017. She was 82 years old. Born on September 25th, 1934 in Norristown to Dr. W. Stuart Watson M.D. and Millicent (Wheeler) Watson, she was the youngest of five predeceased children (James, William, Mary and Blanche).

Margi is survived by her two sons and five grandchildren. J. Eric Richardson (Amy) and their children, Delaney and Kendall Richardson, and Jeffrey Watson Richardson (Tracy) and their children, Morgan, Taylor and Gavin Richardson.

Margi was an attentive daughter to her ailing mother for many years, as well as an independent, strong willed, hard working mother and grandmother who spoke her mind and had a great sense of humor and love for her family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren, bad reality TV, the Golden Girls and busting her son’s chops lovingly every chance she got.

Family and friends are invited to join us as we celebrate the life of Margi on Sunday February 26th, 2017 from 2 – 3pm at the Volpe Funeral Home at 707 W. Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19403

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that everyone perform a beautiful, random acts of kindness to someone so they may pay it forward as there can never be too much love and kindness in the world.
