Michael S. Petriello

Michael S. Petriello, of Elverson, PA, passed away on December 10, 2017, at the age of 86.  He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Virginia (née Jones), their three children and their spouses, Michael (Annette), Louis (Michelle), Victoria, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild.  Michael was predeceased by his parents , Michael and Virginia (née Desimone), his brother Louis Petriello, and his two sisters, Mary Giovanizzi and Grace Homa.
Michael was born on August 27, 1931 in Norristown, PA.  He and Virginia married and moved to Skippack, PA, where they lived for 47 years, before moving to Elverson in 2011.  
Michael was a devoted father and Grandfather who loved spending time with his family.  He was an expert carpenter and builder whose career spanned 70 years.  When Michael wasn’t working he enjoyed watching football, eating Italian food, buying lottery tickets, and spending time with his dog, Leo. Michael's viewing will be held on Thursday December 14, at the St. Thomas More Church from 10AM-11AM, funeral mass will follow at 11AM. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
