Ronald V. Ronca Sr. passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. He was 90. Mr. Ronca of Philadelphia was a member of Holy Saviour church.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Ronald was born in Norristown on September 6, 1927 and was the son of the late Antonio and Rose (Frisco) Ronca. He is survived by six sons Ronald Jr, David, Steven, Michael, Carmen and Paul. His daughter Elaine (Ronca) Gondek.
20 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Ronald loved the Eagles and Phillies; he was extremely excited to see them win their first Super Bowl. However, nothing brought a bigger smile to his face than him seeing all of his children and grandchildren. Ronald was the definition of a family man and will be truly missed by all of his family and friends. He will now be reunited with his parents and all of his brothers and sisters. The Ronca family will remember him always, he will remain forever in their hearts for the rest of their lives. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Friday March 16 at 11 AM at Holy Saviour. Burial St Patrick Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 930 to 10:30 AM at the Volpe funeral home.
