Sophie Grahn

Sophie (Martini) Grahn passed away on January 10, 2018. 
She was 90. Sophie was a member of St. Titus Church and the Railroad retirement club. She graduated in 1945 from Norristown high school. She was born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey on July 22, 1927 and was the daughter of the late Domenico and Rose (Greco) Martini. 
She was the beloved wife of the late
Lige “Skip” Grahn Jr. 
She is survived by her son Lige “Jerry” Grahn III.
Three  grandchildren Chris, Allison Melissa. A great grandchild Michael and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son Richard, her brother Angelo and sister’s Carmela Morrison, Louise Alba and Teresa Statuti.
Sophie‘s memorial service will be held on Monday, January 15 at 12 Noon at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd. East Norriton. 
Friends may call Monday from 11 to 12 PM at the funeral home. 
Burial will be private. 
Memorial contributions can be made to the Saint Jude’s hospital for children or to your local 
ASPCA.
