Theresa Fiorentine passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019.
She was 92. Mrs. Fiorentine of East Norriton (formerly of King of Prussia) was a member of St. Titus church for many years.
She was born in Bridgeport on September 25, 1926. She was the daughter of the late John and Amelia (Fragale) Paciello. She was the wife of the late Carmine Fiorentine.
Theresa is survived by her son Louis (Virginia-late) Fiorentine, three daughters Diane (William) Hagner, Terry (William) Rapine and Lisa (William) Watts, and one sister Rose Korkus.
Theresa was preceded in death by four brothers, Joseph, Anthony, Salvatore, and John Jr. Paciello; Seven sisters, Mary Panish, Lucy Modica, Palma Guarino, Felicia Capaci, Philomena Pezzotti, Catherine Paciello and Frances Tarlecki.
Throughout her lifetime she raised 4 children, worked as an employee of Minters Chocolate Factory in Bridgeport, Woolworth’s department store at the Plaza, and as a cook at the King of Prussia Fire House.
The thing she loved most was spending time with her large family, including her twelve grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She also loved vacationing in Ocean City, NJ, baking, walking, gardening, and cooking. Pizzelles, hot peppers, and hot tomatoes were her specialty. A simple, yet great woman, she had a way of making every person she met feel special with three simple words - “God love ya!”
Family visitation will be held on Thursday, February 14 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Funeral service will follow at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens.
