Albert Helverson Obituary

Albert "Bert"  Helverson passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2019. 
He was 94. 
Mr. Helverson of East Norriton was a retired Welder for the former Yardway Corporation.
Albert was a veteran of World War II and served in the United States Marines. 
He was a member of the Raleigh Raiders.
Albert enjoyed Carpentry ,Train, building model airplanes and cars.
He was born in Philadelphia on January 27, 1925 was the son of the late Raymond B. and Edna May (Krumm) Helverson. 
Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Mary (Winkler) Helverson. He is survived by his daughter Joan (Kevin) McDevitt and a son Raymond Helverson 
Granddaughters, Jamie (Daniel) Wilmanski and Denise (Bradley) Stuetz.
Great grandchildren, Peyton Elizabeth, Tyler Thomas, Emma Rose, Ava Grace and Gabriel Michael.
Predeceased by grandson Raymond Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday May 10 at 10:30 AM from the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton.
His viewing will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will commence at 12 noon at the at the Forest Hills Cemetery 
25 Byberry Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA.19006.
