Benino M Cioffi

Benino M. Cioffi passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026, at the age of 88. A longtime resident of Norristown, Mr. Cioffi was a retired laborer.

Born on September 12, 1937, in Cervinara, Italy, Benino was the beloved son of the late Pasquale and Pasqualina Cioffi. He was devoted to his family and took great pleasure in life’s simple joys, especially gardening, playing cards, and making wine.

Benino is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Maria (Nave) Cioffi. He will be dearly missed by his children: sons Angelo Cioffi and his wife Christine, Pasquale Cioffi, and daughter Rosa Cioffi. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Stephanie and Andrew. Benino was predeceased by many brothers and sisters.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, January 12, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by a prayer service at 10:30 a.m., at the Volpe Funeral Home, 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Road, East Norriton. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Church or offered in the form of Mass cards.
