Benita M Deleo

Benita M. Deleo passed away peacefully on Friday, June 27, 2025. She was 75 years old.

Born in Ambler, PA, on May 29, 1950, Benita was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Jesse (Ward) Ansuini. She resided in Norristown, where she built a life centered on family and love. Benita was the beloved wife of the late Frank Deleo.

She is survived by her devoted son, Justin Deleo and his wife Tara; her loving sister, Joyce Thomas; five cherished grandchildren, Samantha, Jessyca (Rhys Weber) Julian, Justin Jr., and Zoey; and three precious great-grandchildren, Addyson, Jeovanna, and Olivia. Loving niece Robyn Thomas. Benita was predeceased by her son, Patrick Deleo (Lori Cane).

Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, July 2, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at the Volpe Funeral Home, 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Benita’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
