Catherine Mandracchia

Catherine ( Cotteta) Mandracchia, of Lansdale, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on June 12, 2022 at the age of 85. 
Cathy was preceded in death by her husband, and the love of her life Chas Mandracchia.
She was the loving mother of Lisa (Rich) Krzemien and Renee Owens. 
Throughout the different seasons of her life she enjoyed bowling, cousins club and held the role of president of the PTA. 
In every season she consistently loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cathy enjoyed spending time with her girlfriends, shopping, card games, road trips to the shore with her sister and casinos along with good dinner for catching up and sharing life.  Her love towards her family was evidence in everything she did. Sunday family dinners, overseeing holiday games and decorating the house for every holiday was done with love and joy. 
Anyone who knew Cathy was very much aware of her not so secret interest in good old blue eyes, Frank Sinatra.  Cathy worked at Villanova University until she assumed her favorite, and what she considered her most important position as a stay at home mom. Later her and her husband Chas opened Mandi's restaurant in Norristown, PA until she retired. 
In addition to her daughters, Cathy leaves behind her sister Phyllis McAllary, grandchildren Kathleen, Richie, Scotti (Kyle), Patrick. Great grandchildren Luca, Owen and Peyton. 

Relatives and friends are invited to Cathy's viewing on Monday, June 20 from 6 to 8 PM from the Volpe Funeral Home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Cathy's funeral mass will be on Tuesday, June 21 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour Church,  Family request those that will be attending her funeral mass please go directly to the church as a funeral procession will form before the mass. 

Burial will follow after the mass in St Patrick cemetery. Family request in lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the Echo hospice of Pennsylvania 417 N. 8th St. unit 400 Philadelphia PA.
