Charles W. Brugger

Charles (Charlie) W. Brugger passed away peacefully at home on February 14, 2023. Charlie was born on June 20, 1954 in Philadelphia to the late Joseph and Jean (Rittenhouse) Brugger.

Charles married the love of his life, Elizabeth (Parker) on August 1, 1981 and raised five children, Patsy Kober, Thomas Miller, Janice Miller, Charles Brugger Jr. (Romana), Annette Brugger (Heather). Charles is also survived by his grandchildren Melina Ramos and Alex and Mat Brugger. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service on Saturday, February 18 from 10am to 11am at the Volpe Funeral Home. Short service to follow at 11 AM. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe Funeral Home.
