Doris Mae Petrolina

On the afternoon of Sunday, May 14th, Doris Mae Petrolina, of Norristown, passed away peacefully at Brandywine Living at Upper Providence.
Doris was a faithful member of Francis of Assisi Church in Norristown. Doris graduated from Souderton High School. She was a very accomplished competitive roller skater and enjoyed watching competitive skating. Doris enjoyed traveling, baking, and dancing to polka music.
Born in Bucks County on January 20, 1933., Doris is the daughter of late Elmer B. and Florence M.Clemmer. Doris was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda, son, Wayne, former-husband John Moran and husband Sero J. Petrolina. Doris is survived by her son John (Rose) Moran, grandchildren John III, Maeve, Brendan, Wayland (Lisa) , Benjamin (Megumi) and great-grandchildren, Liam, Emma-Rose, Lily- Anne, Matthew, and Dylan. Doris is also survived by an extended family including her sister-in-law, Phyllis Petrolina.

Friends and family are invited to participate in Doris’ funeral mass Tuesday, May 23 at 10:30 am, St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton St., Norristown, PA 19401. A private family interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
