Dorothy Paupst

Dorothy G. McPherson Paupst passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. She was 84. Mrs. Paupst  was a member of the Haws Avenue United Methodist Church, and
Volunteered as the church organist and pianist as well as serving in the soup kitchen. Dorothy was an avid bowler and enjoyed knitting and Needle Point. Dorothy was known for organizing alumni lunches at the Sacred Heart Hospital for the nurses.Family was very important to Dorothy, she enjoyed hosting and being the center of attention.Dorothy was a retired Registered Nurse and worked at the Sacred Heart Hospital and Valley Forge Medical Center. Dorothy was born in Flat Rock, Michigan on August 6, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Foster and Dorothy (Koch) McPherson. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Lee Paupst. She is survived by two daughters Jennifer husband Jack Haas and Leslie husband Jeffrey Thomas and by her two sons, Robert Wife Kerri and James wife Christina Paupst. One brother James wife Lori McPherson. Two sisters Mildred Illum and Jackie Wilson. 
Nine grandchildren Francis, Leslie, Christopher, Amber, Joelle, Andrew, Lisa, Elizabeth and Madison. Six great grandchildren. Predeceased by her two grandchildren Jenna and Matthew. 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services on Tuesday, November 22 at 11 AM from the Volpe Funeral Home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at the funeral home. 
Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Heart Association.
