Eleanor A. Durante passed away on Wednesday March 8, 2023.
She was 93.
Mrs. Durante of Norristown was a member of St. Patricks Church, Norristown.
Eleanor enjoyed reading, shopping, going to the beach and special time with her family and grandchildren.
Eleanor was born in Norristown on November 24, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Leo and Isabelle (McMichael) Vogel.
She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard J. "Links" Durante.
Eleanor is survived by her daughter, Michele and husband, Frank Schlotter. Three sons, Leonard wife Donna, Robert wife Rosemarie, and Christopher Durante.
Grandchildren, Heather, Billy, Frankie, Beverly, Melissa, Robbie, Christopher, Lenny. Great grandchildren,
Dylan, Josh, Abbie, Jack, Billy, Shyla, Sophia, Lindsay, Nicholas, Kayla, Ashley, Robert, Madison and Christopher. Great great grandchild Delaney.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Wednesday, March 15 at 10 AM in Saint Patrick's Church Norristown.
Family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday at the church from 9 to 10 AM.
Entombment will be in St. Patrick's Mausoleum.
Family request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in the form of mass cards. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Volpe funeral home. Volpefh.com.
