Frances C. (Grala) Hamaday passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 in the care of her loving family after a brief illness. She was 69.
Fran was born in Norristown on January 29, 1952 and was the daughter of the late Edward and Rita (Lenzi) Grala. She is survived by her son Paul Hamaday Jr, her daughter Valerie, son-in-law Mark Perry, and her three cherished grandchildren Emily, Justin and Allison.
Ms. Hamaday was born and raised in Black Horse and resided much of her life in Conshohocken where she worked for nearly 40 years at Quaker Chemical. A recent retiree, Fran moved to Norristown where she enjoyed spending time with friends and especially her family. Fran is remembered by all as a selfless, kind and loving woman who believed fiercely in her Lord and Savior, Jesus. She devoted her life to caring for others and will be lovingly remembered by all those who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial mass on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:30am at St. Titus Parish, East Norriton. Family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Friday from 9:30am-10:30am. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting.
