Ghada Mary Ayoub passed away June 10, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was 74. Ghada was a retired school teacher who taught all levels: kindergarten through high-school. She was a passionate educator who took time to teach her students on the value of being curious, the fun in learning new things, and the warmth of giving hugs. Her students would always enjoy learning about her Palestinian culture and traditions. Ghada’s most proud accomplishment however, was her family. She dedicated her whole life to her children and grandchildren. Her most favorite past times included hosting large family and friend gatherings, cooking and baking for those near and far, and tending to her beautiful garden.
Ghada was born in Taybeh, Palestine, on March 26, 1949 to the late Tawfiq and Mary Aranki. She is predeaceded by her husband Peter B. Ayoub. Ghada is survived by son, Peter and wife Jessi, daughter, Brigitte and husband Tyler Gaspich, and daughter, Jennifer.
Ghada is also survived by her sister Leila Tarazi, her three brothers, Edward (Hiam), Joseph (Beverly), and Kamal as well as two grandchildren.
