Harry M Refsnider

Harry M. Refsnider, 73 of Norristown passed away suddenly on May 21, 2023 at Einstein Montgomery with family by his side. Harry was born on September 12, 1949 in Phoenixville to the late Harry R. Refsnider and Rose Mary Pauline. 

Harry grew up in Conshohocken, and after graduation he enlisted and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he fought during the Vietnam War. Harry was presented with a Navy Achievement Medal while serving with Company M, Third Battalion, Seventh Marines, First Marine Division in connection with combat operations. Harry loved his family and adored his grandchildren. He enjoyed cruising in his cars and was an avid Eagles fan. He was a man of few words and lived a very simple life, just the way he wanted. 

He is survived by his three daughters, Mindy (Dale) Bautista, Jennifer (Keith) Salamone, and Jessica (Joe) Friendy. One brother, Thomas Mastromatto, and two sisters, Mary Rose Gardocki, and Rebecca Conrad. Five grandchildren, Julian, Jocelyn, Piper, Jacob, and Scarlett. He is also survived by his former wife Sherry Falco. 

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service on Thursday, May 25 from 9-10AM. Service to follow at 10AM at the Volpe Funeral Home, 707 West Germantown Pike, Norristown PA 19401. Military honors will also be rendered. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
