Helen M Zhao

Helen M. Zhao passed away suddenly on May 13, 2026. She was 28 years old. Born on December 6, 1997, in Philadelphia, she was the beloved daughter of Mingdi Zhao and Yan Luo.

Helen loved reading and writing, enjoyed traveling, and sold education products for eight years in 12 different states.   She started writing her own book about herself under the name-Decades.  Helen was full of life and brought joy to those around her.

In addition to her parents, Helen is survived by her grandparents Fuqian Li and Shihong Luo, her Uncle Jun Luo, her Aunt Hongmei Zhao, her brother and sister-in-law Bryan Zhao and Nicole Shiao, and her nephew, Oswald.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Volpe Funeral Home. A service will follow from 6:30 PM.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe Funeral Home at 707 W Germantown Pike (next to Wawa) Norristown PA
