Ines Banos Monje

Ines Banos Monje passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. She was 73.

Mrs. Monje of Norristown was born in Mexico on April 20, 1952 and was a daughter of the late Erasmo Banos and Josefina Monje.

Ines is survived by her husband Ismael Ponce.

Sons Javier, Evaristo, Jaime, Ilder, and Imer Ponce Banos. One daughter Silvia Ponce Banos.

Brothers Atanacio, Bartolo, Nicefero, and Sister Solfina. Grandchildren Javier Jr., Ismael, Adilene, Guadalupe, Jesus, Jorge, Jesus Alexis, Carlos, Johan, Mia, Ilder Jr., Valeria, Dalary and Tadeo Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Monday, January 19 at 11 AM at the St Patrick Church DeKalb St., Norristown.

A viewing will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30 to 10:45.

Burial will be private.

Funeral arrangements are by the Volpe funeral home.
