Janet Ewing Obituary

Janet (Hayes) Ewing returned to Our Lord on Monday, September 28, 2020 in the presence of her loving husband Frank. She was born on May 30, 1950 in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Frank and Ethel Hayes. Janet lived in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania for the past 40 years. During that time, Janet raised four beloved children; Bridget (Brian) Bernhardt, Christina (Patrick) Quinn, Frank (Kelly) Ewing, and Marie (Lauren) Ewing. She adored being Nana to her grandchildren; Ethan, Brooke, Elizabeth, Katherine, and Susannah, and was dearly loved by her two sisters Elizabeth (David) Van Wye and Nancy (Thomas) Clune, nieces, nephews, and extended family. She found joy caring for children and the elderly as a Registered Nurse and cherished her church family at Gloria Dei in Blue Bell. Funeral arrangements will be handled by Volpe Funeral Home, and will remain private. The family looks forward to celebrating her life with friends and loved ones after pandemic restrictions have been lifted.
