John (Jack) Angelucci of Norristown, PA passed away on October 21, 2023. He was 85 years old.
John was born on October 3, 1938, in Norristown, PA. He was the son of Dominick and Anna (Altieri) Angelucci. John is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret (Romano) Angelucci, and his five children; Margaret, Dominick (Kelly), John (Gretchen), Kristen* Cathers (Jason), and KarenSchaffer (Ted). He is also survived by his grandchildren Jenna, John, James, Jack, Jaymison, Jana, Josie, Emily, Evan, Margaret, William, Justin, and Connor. Other important family members include Gavin, Stephen, and Quinn. He is survived by his brother Donald (Phyllis), his sister Lucille House (Richard), and many beloved nieces, nephews, and relatives. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother Anthony (Rosemarie).
John was raised in the east end of Norristown and graduated from A. D. Eisenhower (now known as Norristown Area High School) in 1956. After graduation, John was commissioned into the US Army and served as a Sergeant. Following military service, John enjoyed a successful career with the Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) where he held several roles including Electrical Lineman, Foreman, Methods & Training Leader, and Supervisor of Electric for Montgomery County Perkiomen Substation. Throughout his career, John trained and mentored many PECO employees and was known for his dedication to training new linemen. John retired after a distinguished career of over 37 years with PECO.
