John J. Nave Sr.

John J. Nave Sr. passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022, He was 86. 
Mr. Nave of Plymouth Meeting was a member of Holy Saviour Roman Catholic Church in Norristown. 

John was a retired lineman and worked for the Philadelphia Electric Company for 33 years.
After his retirement he went on to work at the Jeffersonville golf course and also Cedarbrook country club.  During his lifetime, Mr. Nave enjoyed traveling with his family and playing golf with his close friends.
John was born in Norristown on January 1, 1936 and was the son of the late Salvatore and Theresa "Daisy" (Capperella)Nave. 

He was the husband of the late Catherine (Cirafesi) Nave. He is survived by his three sons John (Debbie) Nave Jr., Robert (Dawn) Nave and Joseph Nave. He was predeceased by a son Thomas Nave. 
He is survived by his three brothers Dominic "Sonny" (Dolores) Nave, Gerald (Maryanne) Nave, Ralph (Tonya) Nave. He was predeceased by sisters Frances Swayze and Loretta Maggio. 
John had six grandchildren; Kerri, Christi, Melissa, Rachael, Robert Jr., and Christian, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Tuesday, October 18 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour church 407 E. Main St., Norristown. 
Viewing will be from 8:30 to 9:45 AM at the Church.
Entombment will be in St Patrick Mausoleum.

Memorial contributions can be made to Holy Saviour church or in the form of mass cards.
