Joseph graduated Norristown Area High School 1979. Played football in high school. He Enlisted in the US Navy after graduation in 1979 and served on the USS John F Kennedy air craft carrier as a machinist 1979-1991. Joe  Served in many ports throughout the world in the Mediterranean Sea, Egypt and Hawaii. After the Navy, he worked as a machinist and later in life, was a delivery driver for several local business in the area. 
 

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on February 18, 2022 from 9:30-10:30 at the Volpe Funeral Home, service to follow at 10:30. Burial will take place at St. Augustine cemetery, King of Prussia.
