Joseph “Joe” T. Yaroma , age 80, of King of Prussia passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Shenandoah, PA, on January 8, 1945, he was the son of the late Steve and Mary (Demmi) Yaroma.
Joe attended Shenandoah Catholic High School and Temple University. He was a loyal Temple alumni as he attended every home (and some away) football games. He always looked forward to tailgating before the games. He held season tickets for many years. Joe was also an avid Eagles and Phillies fan.
Joe worked for Allstate Insurance Company as a claims adjuster for 40 years before retiring, and maintained friendships with people that he met while working there. Joe was always ready for a party where people would gather. He was very friendly with a positive attitude and even recently saying,” I feel great”. He loved to eat and enjoyed going to dinner with his wife and friends.
Joe is survived by his wife, Joanne (Mancini) Yaroma and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Yaroma, and 2 sisters, Jean (Yaroma) Norbert, and Irene Yaroma.
Family and friends are invited to attend his funeral mass on Thursday, October 16 at 10 AM in Holy Saviour church 407 E. Main St., Norristown. Family will receive relatives and friends from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the church.
Burial will be in St Patrick Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home. Volpefh.com
