Julia Bocchino DelliGatti passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 30, 2023 at Einstein Montgomery, she was 83. Ms. DelliGatti of Plymouth meeting was born in Nusco Italy on November 6, 1939 to the late Serafino and Maria (Natale) Bocchino.
Julia enjoyed cooking, canning tomatoes, traveling, bowling and was an animal lover, she was an avid player of Scopa, briscola. She adored her family most of all and was married to her husband Armando for 16 wonderful years.
She is survived by her two brothers David Bocchino and Amato Bocchino, one sister Felicia Bocchino DiFeo, three step children Maria DelliGatti, Steven DelliGatti, and Michael DelliGatti. She was predeceased by one brother Michele Bocchino, two sisters Phyllis (Bocchino) Belemonte, Geraldine Bocchino.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Saturday June 10 at 10am at the Holy Saviour Church 407 E Main Street, Norristown. Family and friends may call from 9am - 9:45am at the church. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Kidney Foundation and American Cancer Society.
