Kevin Wilson of Collegeville, PA passed suddenly at his home in the early morning hours of February 1, 2026.
Born on April 19, 1964, he was the son of the late Kenneth C. Wilson and Ruth M. Wilson (nee Herr). Kevin grew up in Hershey, PA and was a graduate of Hershey High School’s class of 1982. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications and Management from Messiah College in 1987 and, later, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Missio Seminary.
Kevin had a passion for technology and never encountered a device he couldn’t fix. He built a career of nearly 30 years in tech across multiple industries and specialized in advanced technical support, application packaging, hardware purchasing, bleeding edge tech review, and security and software training.
Kevin had a deep love of God, a passion for helping people, andlived to make others smile. He was a proud member of Christ Church of the Valley in Royersford, PA, and could always be counted on for a joke or a laugh. He had a unique talent for drawing and art, and his family will forever smile at the memory of the rabbits he would sketch in each of their cards at Easter.Kevin was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and loved his Eagles and Phillies dearly.
Kevin leaves behind his son, Justin of Collegeville, PA; his sister, Elizabeth Flury (Craig) of Arnold, MD; his brother, Greg (Kim) of Ephrata, PA; his aunt and uncle, Carroll and El Fooreof Lebanon, PA; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom will miss him immensely.
A celebration of life will be held at Christ Church of the Valley, 1560 Yeager Road, Royersford, PA 19468 at 10am on Thursday, February 12th. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you perform an act of human kindness toward another in memory of Kevin.
