Marie D. Nacarelli

Marie D. Nacarelli (neeTkaczuk) passed away on April 27, 2021.   She was 85 years old.   Born in Manyunk, PA, May 14, 1935, Marie was the beloved daughter of the late Anthony and Emily (nee Januszkiewicz) Tkaczuk.  After being raised in Manyunk, Marie married the love of her life, the late Salvatore R. Nacarelli, and moved to Norristown, PA.
After becoming a young widow, Marie's dedication and focus in life was her family.  Her time spent with her family meant everything to her.  She was loved and will be greatly missed. 
Marie enjoyed cooking, shopping, going to the movies and was a avid animal lover.  She also enjoyed going to Elvis impersonator shows. 
Marie worked as a supervisor at Dill Products in Norristown for 20 years.  Then before retiring, she worked for J.P. Products in King of Prussia PA, and Partyland in Collegeville, PA.  She was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church in Norristown, PA for 65 years, and also a former member of the Ladies of St. Francis group.  She also enjoyed being a member of the Red Hats many years ago. 

Marie was a loving and caring wife of 23 years to the late Salvatore R. Nacarelli.   Beloved mother of five sons,  the late Salvatore A. Nacarelli who died in 1999, Gregory (Cindy), of East Norrition, PA,  Joseph (Elizabeth) of Sanatoga, PA, Ronald (Jim Duaime), of Norristown, PA, and Anthony of Norristown.
Beloved grandmother to Joseph (Holly) Nacarelli, Michael Nacarelli, Victoria Nacarelli (Gretchen), Nicole (Azaria) Numerato, Gregory Nacarelli (Fernanda Moreno), and Timothy (Erin) Nacarelli.
Beloved great grandmother to Julianne, Hannah, Ariana, Joey, Stella, Mia, Salvatore, Isabella, Dylan and Santino.  And Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, husband, and son, Marie was preceded in death by all of her siblings, Teddy and Tony Tkaczuk, Ida Wlotko, Stella Wink, Terry Weiss, and Irene Durso.

Friends and relatives are invited to Marie's viewing on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Volpe Funeral Home, 707 W. Germantown Pike East Norriton, PA 19403.  Her Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 am at Visitation B.V.M. Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403.  Interment will be at St. Patrick's Cemetery.  Arrangements are by Volpe Funeral Home, East Norriton, PA  610-275-2583.
