Marie “Penny” Perri

Marie “Penny” Perri passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. She was 88 years old.

Born on November 7, 1937, in Belmont Hills, Bala-Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, Marie was the beloved daughter of the late Genaro and Mary (Rose) Perri. She was a longtime resident of East Norriton.

Penny found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed trips to the casino, coloring, watching movies, and listening to Elvis. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her nieces and nephews, who brought her great happiness throughout the years.

She is survived by her loving sister, Lena Hill; her devoted nephew, Robert Perri, with whom she resided; many cherished nieces and nephews; and her caring and dedicated caregiver, Crystal Chermansky

In addition to her parents, Marie was predeceased by her brothers, Patrick, Joseph, and Genaro Perri; and her sisters, Barbara Perri, Francis Dunn, Rose Mannocki, Helen Mallamaci, and Theresa Perri.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, March 11, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Visitation B.V.M. Lower Church, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be held at Westminster Cemetery, 701 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.
