Marion Lehman

Marion J. Lehman peacefully passed away on Wednesday January 4, 2023. She was 83. Residing in Audubon, PA since the early 1970's, Marion was an active member of the Audubon Woman's Club, including holding seats on the board and helping coordinate their annual luncheons. Marion enjoyed taking pictures while traveling across the US with her late husband Joe. Marion was an avid gardener, at one point creating a day lily garden with over 200 varieties for all to enjoy. She was an amazing cook and could bake just about any recipe you asked of her, which happened often in the Gourmet Supper Group they participated in for many years. Marion was also an incredibly gifted seamstress, anything from full size window treatments to the tiniest of doll clothes were no match for her expert hand.
Marion was born on 16 June 1939 in Lythe, South Ronaldsay, Orkney Islands, Scotland, emigrating to the US in the mid-1960's, where she worked as a nanny in Stone Harbor, NJ. She met and married her now late husband in Wildwood, NJ. 
She was the daughter of the late Magnus and Eve (Tomlinson) Annal and the wife of the late Joseph A. Lehman Jr. 
Marion is survived by her son Michael, along with his wife Katie and children Myia, Lily, and Magnus, and her daughter Sheena, along with her husband James and daughter Taryn.
Marion was the oldest of five. Surviving her are two brothers, Kenneth and Francis Annal, two sisters, Hilda Linklater and Gladys Harcus, and their families across Scotland.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Sunday, 8 January from 2 to 3 PM followed by prayer services at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Burial will be private.
