Mary Borzillo

Mary Borzillo (Arena) passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was 98. Mary was born in Norristown, PA on February 23, 1924, and met her husband William Borzillo at Rittenhouse High School. They married in 1947. 

A devout and humble servant of the Lord, Mary prayed the rosary every day and had a great fidelity to Padre Pio and Mother Angelica from EWTN. Mary’s greatest joy was spending time with her family who she loved true and dear. She took great pride in her home, looking her best, singing on the radio and at the Garrick Theatre, and celebrating life’s milestones and being with her three beautiful daughters. 

Mary was preceded in death by her mother Anna and father Paul and husband William. 

She is survived by her sister Anna Campanella. Mary is also  survived by her daughters  Alexandra Hilosky (Richard), Rebecca Bartholomeo (Philip), and Alesia Bambi (Harry), six grand children, Victoria Lockhart, Danielle Turner, Katie Kohler, Daria Bartholomeo, Andrew Bartholomeo and Harry William Bambi as well as six great grand children, Leah Lockhart, Jackson Lockhart, William Turner, Luke Turner, Noah Lockhart and Grant Lockhart, all of whom will miss her dearly and affectionately remember her love and warmth. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral mass on Thursday, January 12, at 10:00 AM at the Holy Saviour church, family condolences will be held from 9:00 to 9:45 at the church. Burial will be private.
