Mary Coccia Obituary

Mary E. Coccia passed away peacefully in Delray Beach, Florida on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. She was 91.

Born in Philadelphia on September 10, 1934, Mary was the daughter of the late Frederick and Constance (Tangrea) Martino. Formerly of East Norriton, Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her.

In her high school years, Mary was valedictorian and an avid gymnast. She also worked as a legal secretary for several years before marrying her beloved husband, Ed. While raising her children, Mary supported her husband's business, Edward's Decorators, Inc. for 60+ years as a dedicated administrative assistant.  Mary lived a deeply faithful and devoted life centered around her church and beliefs. She was a truly strong woman throughout her years and will be dearly missed by her loving family.

Mary found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved cooking for her family, keeping a warm and welcoming home, reading, and spending quiet hours working on crossword puzzles. Her caring nature and dedication to her family will be remembered always. In her active years, she found great joy in hiking nature trails and visiting the mountains. She had a deep love for animals and cherished all of the family pets throughout the years.

Mary was the beloved wife of Edward Coccia. She is also a survived by her loving children: Lynne Marie Germscheid; Anne Santori and her husband Frank; Edward Coccia Jr; Marianne Inforzato and her husband Michael. She is also survived by her brother, Frederick Martino Jr and his wife Helen, and by her cherished grandchildren: Kyle, Christine, Alexander, Laura, Gianna, and Michael.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday, May 13, from 9:30 to 10:45 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at St. Helena Church. Burial will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
