Mary Kinsey

Mary Kinsey, (nee Ferrier) passed away on Monday February 5, 2024. Mary was born in Whitemarsh, PA to Harry and Mary (Long) Ferrier on September 23, 1940. She was married to Robert P. Kinsey from September 20, 1958, until his death in 2021. Mary was retired from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia where she worked in food service at the former Kennedy-Kendrick High School. Mary enjoyed annual trips to Ocean City,NJ, reading and taking cruises. She especially enjoyed collecting magnets from her trips.
Mary is survived by her son, Robert P. Kinsey Jr. (Bettiann) and her daughter, Beth Wood (Tim), two sisters, Donna Metzger and Diane Ferrier. She was predeceased by her brother, Harry Ferrier and sister, Betty Hitner.
Also surviving are her much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jill Brown (Eric), Tim Wood, Sara Kinsey, Emily Kinsey, Carter Wood and James and Ryan Brown.

Relatives and friends are invited attend her memorial service on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. followed by services at Volpe Funeral Home, 707 Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton, PA. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to Lewy Body Dementia Association.
