Maryann Perez

Maryann Perez passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. She was 87 years old.

Born in Norristown on January 12, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Seda (Bondi) Lepore. Maryann was a lifelong resident of Norristown and a devoted member of Visitation B.V.M. Church, as well as the Holy Saviour Club.

Maryann found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved traveling, attending shows, playing bingo, thrift shopping, and cooking for those she loved. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Perez.

Maryann is survived by her loving daughter, Sharon Heil and her husband, Brian. She is also survived by her dear siblings: Joanne Gaines, Anthony Lepore Jr. and his wife Danielle, and Louis Lepore and his wife Marybeth.  She will be deeply missed by her four grandchildren, Jena, Valerie (Sam) Tom and Shannon, along with many extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday, April 6, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at Visitation B.V.M. Church, Trooper, PA. Interment will follow at Saint Augustine Cemetery in King of Prussia.
