Nancy Petrucci

Nancy (Taormina) Petrucci passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 22, 2020. She was 90.  She was pre-deceased by her late beloved husbands Joseph Roberto and Carlo Petrucci.

Nancy was born in Norristown on June 16, 1930 she was the daughter of the late Philip and Catherine (Scaduta) Taormina.  Nancy was a member of Visitation BVM Church. Nancy attended Norristown High School.

She was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who cherished time with her family, whom she adored. She especially enjoyed passing on the family recipes and carried on the fall family tradition of jarring tomatoes for homemade spaghetti sauce, from her garden, for many years. She also loved spending time with her sister, Anna, and friends, playing cards, bingo and taking occasional trips to the casino.

She is survived by her four children Linda Pileggi and Jim, Sandra Griffonetti and Michael, Joseph Roberto and Mary, Carl Petrucci and Kathy, three grandchildren Jimmy Pileggi and Erica, Christie Neeld and  David, Alicia Roberto and Carlo Petrucci and 2 great-grandchildren Devon and Courtney Neeld.
 

She was pre-deceased by her brothers Morris, Phillip and John Taormina and sisters Margaret Veno, Francis Sica, Mary Benedict and Anna Falconero.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Monday, September 28 at 12:30 PMVisitation BVM Church, Trooper.
Family condolences will be held at the church from 11:30 to 12:30 PM. Burial will be private.

The family requested that social distancing guidelines be practiced. Memorial contribution can be made in the form of mass cards. 

Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home.
