Richard Allen "DOC" Clemens, 61 years of age, of Trappe passed away peacefully on May 15, 2020 at Paoli Hospital. Arrangements will be made through Volpe Funeral Home, Norristown, Pa. A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be held in honor of "Doc" at a later date due to the Covid19 pandemic. "Doc" was born September 18, 1958 in Norristown, PA to parents Harold E. Clemens and Carol (Gromalski) Clemens. He attended Perkiomen Valley High School and graduated in 1976. He then went on to marry his loving wife Debra (Kring) Clemens in 1981 to whom he was happily married to for the last 39 years. Doc worked as a plumber for the family business E.W. Clemens Plumbing and Heating, Norristown PA and then as a roofer for D.W. Gaul Roofing, Rahns, PA. Doc enjoyed hunting, fishing, trips to the cabin in Potter County w family and friends. He loved listening to music, going to concerts and watching sports of all kinds. Most importantly he loved his family and friends. He lived his life to the fullest. He loved his Dog named Ceasar and Cat named Felix. Doc was a member of the Jefferson Hunting and Fishing Club in Jeffersonville, PA. Doc is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Debra (Kring) Clemens, his eldest brother Robert Clemens and his wife Corrina, sister in law Theresa Kring and her spouse David Nester and sister in law Karen Wise. Neices Elizabeth Kalinke, Jennifer Kalinke, Cherish Bergandino, Jenny Kring, Sarah Kring, Connie Daywalt and nephew Jeffrey Daywalt. Great Neices and Nephews Brandon Chapkovich, Mikayla Chapkovich, Haley Denczi, Cameron Bergandino, Cole Bergandino and Adalynn Cruise. Doc was preceded in death by his sister Cathy(Clemens)Kalinke, son Richard A Clemens, Jr "Ricky", his mother Carol(Gromalski)Clemens, father Harold E. Clemens and his brother John S. Clemens " Bogart".

In lieu of flowers donations in honor of Richard A. Clemens "Doc" may be made to the AASPCA.
