Richard D Munz

Richard D. Munz passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025. 
He was 60. Richard enjoyed cars, cooking, video games, eating and a little social Jack and beer. He was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. He was always up for an adventure.  He loved the holidays and especially enjoyed the children, always finding the perfect gifts. He loved spending time with his family. Richard was born in Norristown on October 18, 1964 and is the son of Elmer and Patricia (Hildebrandt) Munz. Richard is survived by his sisters, Lisa husband, Kevin Waters, Penny husband John Caruso, and  Sandra husband, George Husen.  He is also survived by his life partner, Jeanne Brennan who he spent the last 10 years with. He is survived by his niece and nephews, Peter, Kevin, Matthew, Stephen, Nicole and Christopher.  Great niece and nephews Pj, Zachary and Lily. 
He was predeceased by his sister, Denise Munz Chiaravalloti.
Family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, January 23 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM followed by prayer services at the Volpe Funeral Home at 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton.   Richard was an organ donor with the Gift of Life Donor Program.

Burial will be private. Family request in Lieu flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Saint Jude Hospital for Children or Shriners Hospital for Children.
