Roseann M. Fulmer

Roseann M. Fulmer (nee Serafine) passed away peacefully on November 30, 2022 after a year long illness. She was 86 years old.  Born in Bridgeport, PA, February 8, 1936, Roseann was the beloved daughter of the late Pasquale and Lucia (nee Serra) Serafine.  After being raised in Bridgeport, Roseann married the love of her life, the late Robert D. Lee Fulmer and eventually moved to Norristown, PA to raise thier family.

Roseann's greatest joy was being with her family and making sure everyone was fed.  She was loved and will be greatly missed. She left us with many fond memories to cherish.
Roseann enjoyed cooking and baking, going out to eat and trips to the casino.  She was an avid Phillies, Sixers and Eagles fan and an amimal lover.  She was one of Elvis Presley's biggest fans and even danced on American Bandstand.

Roseann worked in the family TV repair and movie rental business with her husband for many years.  She then worked at Sharp Corp. in Conshohocken for 20 years before retiring in 2013 at age 77.  She was a parishioner of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Norristown, PA for over 60 years.  In March 2020, Roseann left Norristown to reside with her daughter Debra in Spring City, PA.  There she was visited by the kind pastor of St. Joseph's Church, Fr. Charles O'Hara.

Roseann was a loving and devoted wife of 54 years to the late Robert D. Lee Fulmer.  Beloved mother of five children, the late Robert G. Fulmer, who died in 2017, Elizabeth (Joseph) Nacarelli of Sanatoga, PA, the late Patricia Fulmer, who died in 2014, Debra (Steven Grassi) Santangelo of Spring City, and John (Julia) Fulmer of Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Beloved grandmother to Joseph (Holly) Nacarelli, Kristen (Zach) Green, Michael Nacarelli, Nicole (Azaria) Numerato, Anthony (Lysa) Santangelo, Sarah (Jim) Rolek, Devon and Marino Grassi, Robecca, Veronica, Dominque, and Austin Fulmer.
Beloved great grandmother to Julianne, Adam, Hannah, Chase, Ariana, Damien, Joey, Rylee, Stella, Jaxon, Hunter, Mia, Isabella, Santino, Ruby, and Silas.

Friends and family are invited to Roseann's viewing on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 from 9:30 am to 10:45 am at St. Joseph's Church, 3640 Schuylkill Rd. (Rt. 724) Spring City, PA 19475.  Her funeral Mass will follow at 11 am.  Interment at St. Augustine's Cemetery.
