Rosemary C. Sibley (Iannozzi), age 73, loving wife of Richard W. Sibley, of Eagleville, PA passed away on February 9, 2021, after complications from COVID-19, under the wonderful and loving care of the ICU staff at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, where one of the doctors held her hand as she passed so she would not be alone. Born on November 16, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Rodeo) Iannozzi.
In addition to her husband of 52 years, Rosemary (Roe) is survived by three sons, Richard (Sue)Sibley of Alburtis, PA., Daniel Sibley of Eagleville, PA, and Matthew (Katie) Sibley of Collegeville, PA; six grandchildren, Jack, Simone, Ava, Hannah,Olivia, Lucas, and another on the way; two siblings, a brother, Frank Iannozzi of Gilbertsville, PA and sister, Linda Carlson Iannozzi (David) of Reno, NV; and many nieces and nephews.
Rosemary graduated from Bishop Kenrick Catholic High School, Class of 1965. She was a member of Holy Savior Church, Norristown, PA.
Rosemary loved her family as a stay-at-home mom and homemaker, enjoyed family gatherings, and spending time with her many friends, especially Diane, who she shared a lifetime of memories with. Rosemary lived her life to the fullest, enjoyingbowling, where she met her husband in 1965, skiing, pinochle, and camping (almost every weekend) in her young adult life. Years later, she enjoyed her family vacations at their vacation home in Mystic Island, NJ. Her love of traveling was evident, taking multiple cruises, visiting her sister out West, and many trips abroad. She loved being near the ocean and the occasional visit to Harrah's. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic resulting in three cancelled attempts, she will not have the opportunity to complete her “bucket list;” that being a river cruise in Europe, ending with a visit to the Infant of Prague.
Rosemary will be deeply missed by her loving and devoted husband, family, and friends.
Having been a devout Catholic, committed to her faith, She and her husband renewed their vows on their 50th Wedding Anniversary, in 2018, at Holy Savior Church, followed by a celebration shared with many friends and family members. She was an organizer for St. Michael's World Apostolate and Our Lady of The Roses, Bayside, NY. Rosemary was passionate about Pro-Life.
