Stella Bull Obituary

Stella Bull passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.  She was 95, and the beloved wife of the late Kenneth Redmond Bull.  Mrs. Bull of Wilmington, Delaware and Audubon, Pennsylvania was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She operated a floral design and arrangement business, and along with her family, she had many passions and interests during her life including music and singing, competitive fencing, gardening, antiques, church and politics.  She was also an accomplished pianist and led and participated in many organizations including the Saint Mary Magdalen Sodality, the Sweet Adelines Chorus, and the Women’s Republican Club of Delaware.  Stella and her late husband Ken actively participated in organizations that supported the disadvantaged including The Ministry of Caring and Meals on Wheels America, both while they were living in Wilmington. 

Stella was born in Baltimore, Maryland on September 23, 1929 and was the daughter of the late Gugliemo and Reparata (Castagna) DeAntoniis.  Stella is survived by her:  two sons Michael (wife Beverly), and Kenneth (wife Renee), and two daughters Patricia Ann and Karen Elizabeth Turner.  Five grandchildren, Kyle (Rachel), Diane (Ted), Laura, Adrianna and Alex.  Seven great grandchildren, Kane and Remy, Jasper, Hugo, Isla, and Bowen and Beckett.  Stella was predeceased by her sister, Yolanda Julia Mast and brother, John DeAntoniis Sr.

Family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 AM in Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Road, Norristown, PA 19403.  A private burial service will follow and will be held in All Saints Cemetery in Wilmington, Delaware.
