Sunday DeAngelis

Sunday (Carpani) DeAngelis passed away on Monday, February 26, 2018. She was 95.  Mrs. DeAngelis of Norristown was a retired supervisor for the Montgomery County Courthouse recorder of deeds office.  She was a member of Saint Paul’s church and the Catholic War Veterans Post 1130 ladies auxiliary. Sunday enjoyed baking, cooking, and making palms for the church.  She was born in Norristown on February 26, 1923 and was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Lucia (Santori) Carpani. She was the wife of the late Louis DeAngelis.  She is survived by her daughter Patricia Mitsky. One brother Dominick Carpani. One sister Mary Cottetta. Grandchildren Vincent, Thomas, Karen and Great grandchildren Vincent, Paul, Jack, Michael, Jake and Aidan. Predeceased by brothers Albert, John, Anthony and Mario and sister Eleanor Ciociola.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services on Friday, March 2 at 10:30 AM from the Volpe Funeral Home  707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton. Friends may call Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Burial St Patrick Cemetery.
Family request memorial contributions can be made in the form of mass cards or to the St Paul’s Church, Norristown PA 19401.
