Theresa M Winnemore

Theresa M. Winnemore (TC) passed away peacefully on May 1, 2024 at Wayne Center. She was 86. Theresa was born in Bridgeport on July 22, 1937 to the late Andrew and Jennie (Marine) Churchill.

Theresa excelled at all sports, mainly basketball, playing varsity in her freshman year. After high school, she worked for Philco and then the Burroughs Corporation where she was an electronic assembler for the defense industry. When she became a stay-at-home mom, "Marmee" loved to bake, making the best chocolate cakes and lemon bars. She enjoyed many things in life like trips to the beach, watching her favorite Hallmark Christmas movies, listening to Johnny Mathis and the love of all her cats.

She is survived by her loving husband Joseph, two daughters Andrea Winnemore (Lou Catanzaro), Susan Winnemore, two sister in laws Rochelle Desimone and Joyce Churchill, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three brothers Salvatore Desimone, Joseph and Anthony Churchill.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral service officiated by Monsignor Marine on Thursday May 9, 2024 at 1 p.m, Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 12 - 12:45 p.m at the Volpe Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken.
