Thomas (Tommy) J. Miller, known to his close friends and family as “Peaches" passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025,at the young age of 52.
Tommy of Phoenixville was born in Roxborough on July 28, 1973. He was the son of the late Charles W. and Elizabeth (Parker) Bugger Sr.
Tommy was well known for his uplifting presence at social gatherings, consistently bringing joy to those around him. He had a positive impact on many lives, often being the first to provide comfort or elicit laughter in challenging moments, and his legacy will continue through these cherished memories. Tommy enjoyed singing, coloring, dancing, participating in board games, and attending drag shows. He was cherished as a brother and considered as a loyal friend by everyone.
He is survived by his siblings: Patsy (John) Kober, Janice Miller, Charles W. (Romana) Brugger Jr., and Annette (Heather) Brugger, as well as his niece, Melina, and nephews, Alex and Mat.
Family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, October 24 from 11:00 to 12:30 followed by prayer services at the Volpe funeral home 707 W. Germantown Pike at Whitehall Rd., East Norriton.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of the Volpe funeral home.
