Thomas “Tom” George Najarian passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the age of 62.
He was born in Brooklyn, New York on August 7, 1960, the son of George Najarian and Doris (Lanquist) Najarian.
Tom is survived by his three children; Christine, Danielle, and Thomas. As well as his mother, Doris and his sister, Laura.
Tom was a vivacious musician whose passion first began when he picked up the saxophone in grade school. His love for music evolved through his bands; The Rooms, Idle Chatter, The Sofa Kings, Work Release, and Singles Going Steady. Loved ones would likely find him running an open mic or performing at the Bridgeport Ribhouse, Whitpain Tavern, DaVinci’s Pub, country clubs, weddings, and many more. When not on stage himself, he enjoyed supporting his friends in the local music scene and hopping in on their sets. On the occasions he stayed in, he was likely found watching NASCAR with a glass of Maker’s Mark, or napping on the Cape May beach. No matter where he spent his time, his quick wit and charm filled up every room he entered. He will be missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to attend viewings at Volpe Funeral Home at 707 W. Germantown Pike on Monday, November 28th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (followed by words from loved ones) and Tuesday, November 29th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (followed by services and words from loved ones).
